JUCY is dedicated to the safety and well-being of our customers, employees and community. We are closely monitoring the World Health Organization (WHO), the Australian Government Department of Health as to how best to respond to the current Coronovirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

TRAVEL WITH JUCY:
The Australian Tourism Industry Council has awarded JUCY a COVID Clean Practicing Business. We are proud to have the approved COVID Safe plan in place and we look forward to continuing with high hygiene standards within our business to stop the spread of COVID-19.
All JUCY Australia campervan hire and car rental branches are still open and operating but please stay informed via the above-mentioned sources and the Australian Border Force or check State and Territory websites for further enforcement information, as travel restrictions are in place between some state borders as per the Australia.com travel map.
You can now choose to pick up or drop off your car or campervan with zero contact 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (except Melbourne Airport which continues to operate during office hours only). CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS TO BOOKINGS:
JUCY recognises that our current T&Cs may require flexibility around cancellations during this evolving global situation. As such, if your travel has been affected due to government or airline restrictions please contact us;
If your booking was made directly with JUCY, you can make an amendment by contacting our reservations teamor if you want to cancel you can fill in ouronline form.
Bookings made before 31 January 2022:
 i) If the booking is cancelled 7 days (or more) before the pickup date, then you will receive a full refund of the deposit and any amount paid (not including any credit card administration fee).
 ii) If the booking is cancelled between 1 – 6 days before the pickup date, then you will receive a 100% credit (of the deposit or any amount paid) towards a future booking or 20% of the booking value is chargeable as a cancellation fee and the remainder of hire fees (if paid) will be refunded less any credit card fees.
 iii) If the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of departure or the hirer does not collect the vehicle from the JUCY branch, then 100% of the booking value is chargeable.
 iv) If you change the pick-up date within the cancellation time frames in (i) and (ii) above and then you cancel the amended booking; the original cancellation fee will apply.
Bookings made on & after 01 Feb 2022:
 i)  If the booking is cancelled 22 days (or more) before the pickup date, then you will receive a full refund of the deposit, or any amount paid (not including any credit card administration fee).
 ii)  If the booking is cancelled between 1 – 21 days before the pickup date, 20% of the booking value is chargeable as a cancellation fee and the remainder of hire fees (if paid) will be refunded less any credit card fees.
 iii)  If the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of departure or the hirer does not collect the vehicle from the JUCY branch, then 100% of the booking value is chargeable.
 iv) If you change the pick-up date within the cancellation time frames in (i) and (ii) above and then you cancel the amended booking; original cancellation fee will apply.
 v) If COVID-19 restrictions prevent you from collecting your JUCY rental, you will receive a 100% credit of any amount paid towards a future booking
If your booking was made via a travel agent, please contact them directly to discuss your options.
*Credit must be used for travel within one year from the original pickup date, in the same country and must be booked under the same name as the original booking. New bookings/changes are subject to availability, new daily rate and booking conditions at the time of booking apply. Credit is non-transferable and new booking must be under the main hirer’s name.Â
