Policy applies for bookings made between 08 April 2026 to 31 August 2026, for travel between 08 April 2026 to 30 September 2026. Covering travel date changes or cancellations where there has been a government or state-imposed fuel restriction in the country of pick up for JUCY and Star RV vehicles. Should such restrictions be implemented, customers have the following options:
- Move booking dates within the next 12 months, subject to availability and new pricing
- Free of charge cancellation of their booking up to 7 days prior to pick up (if amending within the 7 days, you are still liable for a cancellation fee if you cancel at a later date)

Whether you booked months out and something's come up, or the timing just isn't right anymore, we've made it as straightforward as possible to adjust or cancel your booking without the stress. No drama, no runaround.

The ever-changing times don’t mean you are stuck with an ever-changing policy. In fact, for booking direct, you’ve secured our "Book with Confidence" Cancellation Policy. The Cancellation Policy applicable to you may be different based on your Confirmed Booking or Amendment date.
If your booking was confirmed or amended on or after 1st May 2026

| 31+ days before pick up | No fee | Full refund of paid booking amount, less transaction fees. |
| 7-30 days before pick-up | 20% of hire fees | Admin and processing fees deducted from deposit and other payments received, with balance refunded. |
| 1-6 days before pick-up | 50% of hire fees | Admin and processing fees deducted from deposit and other payments received, with balance refunded. |
| Day of pick-up, or no-show | 100% of hire fees | No refund available |
If your booking was confirmed or amended on or before 30 April 2026

Add our Flexible Booking Extra for a small fee of $200 when you make your booking and enjoy extra peace of mind if your plans shift before travel. This option gives you more flexibility than our standard cancellation terms, so you can book ahead with confidence.
Simply select the option to add the 'Flexible Amendment & Cancellation Cover' in the 'Extras' section when booking.
Booked through a Travel Agent or reseller?
If your booking was made via a travel agent or reseller, please contact them directly to discuss your options.

Terms and Conditions
We encourage you to read our Customer Terms and Conditions.
Please note - If any Future Credit is applied: Credit must be used for travel within one year from the original pickup date, in the same country and must be booked under the same name as the original booking. New bookings/changes are subject to availability, new daily rate and booking conditions at the time of booking apply.
Credit is non-transferable and new booking must be under the main hirer's name.
