The quick run down
To earn Velocity Points, all you need to do is add your Velocity membership number when you book your JUCY campervan. Your Velocity Points will land in your Velocity account within 30 days after the rental is completed and returned. If you forget at the time of booking, you can add your Velocity membership number after booking via our customer check-in portal at least 24 hours before the rental is returned.

During the promotional period of 18:00PM AEDT on 25 March 2026 to 10:59PM AEDT on 29 March 2026 (Offer Period), Velocity members will receive 10% off the base daily rental rate and earn 10,000 bonus Velocity Points on Eligible Bookings made and paid directly with JUCY (via their website, app, contact centre or in branch) (10% off + 10,000 Bonus Points Offer).
An Eligible Booking means any booking of a JUCY branded campervan or motorhome made during the Offer Period for travel in Australia or New Zealand between 12:01AM AEST on 1 April 2026 to 11:59PM AEST on 30 June 2026 (inclusive), but expressly excluding car rentals.
- Eligible Pick Up means: (i) Australia: Adelaide; Brisbane; Cairns; Melbourne; Perth; and Sydney; and (ii) in New Zealand: Auckland; Christchurch; and Queenstown.
- Eligible Drop Off means: (i) Australia: Adelaide; Brisbane; Cairns; Melbourne; Perth; and Sydney; and (ii) in New Zealand: Auckland; Christchurch; and Queenstown.
