To earn Velocity Points, all you need to do is add your Velocity membership number when you book your JUCY campervan. Your Velocity Points will land in your Velocity account within 30 days after the rental is completed and returned. If you forget at the time of booking, you can add your Velocity membership number after booking via our customer check-in portal at least 24 hours before the rental is returned.
