The quick run down
To earn Velocity Points, all you need to do is add your Velocity membership number when you book your JUCY campervan. Your Velocity Points will land in your Velocity account within 30 days after the rental is completed and returned. If you forget at the time of booking, you can add your Velocity membership number after booking or no later than vehicle pick up date

JUCY 10,000 bonus Velocity Points offer Terms and Conditions
During the promotional period of 9:00AM AEST on 13 July 2026 to 11:59PM AEST on 2 August 2026 (Offer Period), Velocity members will earn 10,000 bonus Velocity Points on Eligible Bookings made and paid directly with JUCY (via their website, app, contact centre or in branch) (10,000 Bonus Points Offer).
An Eligible Booking means any booking of a JUCY branded campervan or motorhome made during the Offer Period for travel in Australia or New Zealand between 12:01AM AEST on 13 July 2026 to 11:59PM AEST on 31 October 2026 (inclusive), but expressly excluding car rentals.
- Eligible Pick Up means: (i) Australia: Adelaide; Brisbane; Cairns; Melbourne; Perth; and Sydney; and (ii) in New Zealand: Auckland; Christchurch; and Queenstown.
- Eligible Drop Off means: (i) Australia: Adelaide; Brisbane; Cairns; Melbourne; Perth; and Sydney; and (ii) in New Zealand: Auckland; Christchurch; and Queenstown.
No promo code is required to redeem the 10,000 Bonus Points Offer. You must be a current Velocity member at the time of booking to be eligible to earn Points. Cancelled reservations, refunded reservations or reservations not used will not be eligible to earn Points. Please allow up to 30 days after the return of the Eligible Vehicle for Velocity Points to be awarded to your account.
