From here, you can cruise north to Wanaka, Franz Josef, and the wild West Coast, or head south to Te Anau and the jaw-dropping Milford Sound. Or make the most of your time in Aotearoa and book a one-way trip – crossing over into the North Island and ending in Auckland. Get off the plane, stretch your legs, and smell the incredible Queenstown air for the first time!
Step 2
Collect your bags and call us to request your free JUCY shuttle ride.
Step 3
Exit the airport and walk to the shuttle meeting point. It’s at the shuttle/car rental pick-up zone, in front of the Jetstar check-in area.
Wondering if you’ll see us coming? Our shuttle van is bright green and purple, so it’s almost impossible to miss us!

OMG, you made it – yay! Here’s the lowdown on picking up your JUCY campervan in Queenstown.
MEET YOUR NEW RIDE
It’s super important that you check in online before arriving at the branch – so click here if you haven’t done this already! Then it’s time for the fun bit – your vehicle show-through! We’ll give you the grand tour of your new home-on-wheels and reveal a few hidden JUCY secrets along the way.

PICK-UP HOURS
Although we’re open a bit later, we do ask that you reach us an hour before we close. That means by 3pm each day!

Vehicle drop off
Awww, we have to say goodbye? Okay, let’s make it brief. Follow these steps:
Drive to our branch at 52 Grant Road in Franktown, Queenstown. We recommend timing your drop off with at least 45 minutes from the time you need to be at the airport.
Remember to fuel up! If you forget, a quick backtrack to BP Connect Queenstown, Cnr State Highway 6 and Frankton Road, will sort you out.
Next, grab your belongings out of your campervan. Experience tells us that, unless you’re super organised, you’ll probably find one sandal under a seat, your togs wrapped in one of our towels, and an important document in a seat back. We’d love it if you also cleared out your rubbish at the same time.

Once the above steps are complete, jump on the next shuttle bus to the airport. We’ll try not to shed a tear as we wave goodbye.
Please note, after-hour campervan drop-offs are not permitted at our Queenstown Airport location.
